The mushroom hunting video is so fun. You did a great job of making it educational and entertaining. I like that you showed some of the hunting and not just the finding.

Well done Kaitlyn! Nothing beats a barefoot walk in the woods….

Also- when life gets back up to normal someday, there are plenty of video/photography openings with national and state parks. Imagine having to stay a season in Yellowstone- and get paid for it!

    All the best-
    Mr. Orell

Love the Visual Poem, Kay. “You will never stop being enough….You are not finished.” Great words, amazing visuals, excellent compilation of nature. Is that your home town?

Thank you! I put a lot of work into it, it’s very close to my heart. And yes, that’s my hometown! There’s a small patch of forest not far from my house, which is where I filmed this.

Great! Did you do all the production (filming and editing and audio)?

Yes I did! I set up and filmed all the shots, did the voice over myself, and edited it all together. It was a little challenging, but a lot of fun.

I had to come back and watch your Visual Poem. I was at the Portfolio Drive-In yesterday and your video stuck out the most. The whole video was amazing to me and I just wanted to watch it again. I watched your other videos too and I love your work. I hope to continue to see it somewhere in the future.

The poem, the reading, the shots and the audio and music selection are perfect.
